Policies, Terms & Conditions

The following policies, terms & conditions apply to all This Artful Life classes, workshops, events held at This Artful Life Studio or in any other venue or location.

Class Attendance

  • Classes start at the appointed time – please be on time for class to minimise disruption to other students.

  • If students are running late for class, please send a text message prior to class commencing.

  • If students miss classes, a maximum of 2 make-up classes may be offered within the term in which they are enrolled. Make-up classes will only be offered based on available space in another class. Transfer of make-up classes to another term is not available.


  • Full payment of term / workshop fees is required 3 weeks prior to commencement of classes to secure a place in class.

  • Customised workshops require full payment of workshop fees 3 weeks prior to commencement of workshop to secure workshop booking.


  • No refunds will be provided for missed classes.

Adult Class refunds

  • Adult class students are not able to access make up classes

  • Adult class students will be offered 1 class credit only per term for any missed classes.


  • A 10% discount will be offered for sibling bookings for any other class or workshop.


  • No responsibility is taken by This Artful Life for any damaged, misplaced or lost personal items, such as: jewellery, mobile devices, computers, clothing etc.

Allergies & Medical Conditions

  • This Artful Life is a nut-free studio. Students are not permitted to bring any nuts or nut products into the studio.

  • This Artful Life must be notified of any allergies or other medical conditions of any student or other person entering This Artful Life premises.

  • This Artful Life must be notified of any other conditions or learning needs for any person enrolling in classes or workshops.

Dress Code

  • All students are required to wear sensible and safe clothing when attending This Artful Life classes and workshops (no loose fitting clothing, floppy sleeves, etc)

Cancellation of enrolment

  • A minimum of 3 week’s notice prior to the commencement of term classes / workshops is required for a full refund of fees.

  • No refund will be available for cancellation of enrolment within 3 weeks of commencement or after term classes / workshops have commenced.
